Donate is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or a partner of GoFundMe or pump.fun. Their names are used only to say where campaigns are hosted and where coins trade. Campaign names, photos and figures are read from public campaign pages and belong to their owners.

Organizers are usually not asked

Anyone can launch a coin that names any public campaign. A campaign appearing on Donate does not mean its organizer knows about the coin, approves of it, or has any relationship with its deployer.

Not a charity, not a donation by you

Donate is not a registered charity. Buying or selling a coin is a trade, not a gift: it isn't tax-deductible and you get no receipt. Only the fee share that Donate itself donates on GoFundMe reaches the campaign.

Part of the process is off chain

Fee direction, claims, and the $DONATE buy and burn are on chain. Selling SOL for dollars and donating on GoFundMe are carried out by Donate, off chain. The published proof of each donation is how that part can be checked.

What $DONATE is not

$DONATE is a memecoin. It is not a share, a security, a claim on fees, or a promise of return. It grants no rights and gates no features. Buybacks reduce supply; they don't guarantee a price. The people behind Donate may hold $DONATE.
